Reservation Policies:

Guarantee Policies

All reservations require a valid credit card (on behalf of the guest) at time of booking, security code must be included to guarantee reservation. One night stay will be charged at the moment of your reservation to guarantee the reservation. Information must be complete, if missing data reservation will not be honor.

Seasons of bridges, holidays, Christmas and New Year are 100% guarantee of the reservation. Seasons the rest of the year would guarantee the corresponding to 2 nights stay.

  • May 05 to July 09, 2020 - 5 days before arrival date (1 night charge)
  • July 10 to August 15, 2020 - 14 days before arrival date (3 nights charge)
  • August 16 to September 15, 2020 - 5 days before arrival date (1 night charge)
  • September 16 to 18, 2020 - 14 days before arrival date (2 nights charge)
  • September 19 to November 12, 2020 - 5 days before arrival date (1 night charge)
  • November 13 to 15, 2020 - Non Refundable
  • November 16 to December 03, 2020 - 5 days before arrival date (1 night charge)
  • December 04 to 17, 2020 - 14 days before arrival date (2 nights charge)
  • December 18 to January 03, 2020 - Non Refundable

No Show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
Extra person charge applies. See rate at the moment of checking availability.

Children policy:
Children under 7 do not pay additional fees. From 7 to 12 pay extra. Minors from 13 to 16 years old are considered juniors and pay extra charge.

Pets policy:
No pets are allowed, sorry.

Oversold policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
